By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing HH98 Game (the “App” or “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the application and delete the APK from your device.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register or play.
• Each player is strictly permitted one active account per physical device, IP address, and mobile number. Creating multiple duplicate accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or referral commissions will result in permanent account suspension and balance confiscation.
• You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and linked wallet verification.

• Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit threshold is PKR 100 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
• Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals are processed directly to your verified JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani bank account. Minimum withdrawal is PKR 200.
• Turnover / Wagering Requirements: To prevent money laundering, all deposited funds and bonus chips are subject to standard 1x turnover wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Transaction Times: Typical processing takes 1 to 5 minutes, subject to normal telecom network availability.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate bans:

• Using automated bots, macro scripts, AI predictors, or memory-editing software.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or latency issues to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players at live multiplayer card tables.
• Using fraudulent payment accounts or engaging in credit/chargeback scams.

All logos, game graphics, codebases, animations, trademarks, and user interfaces displayed in HH98 Game are proprietary assets protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

HH98 Game reserves the absolute right to suspend, freeze, or permanently terminate any player account found violating these Terms, engaging in abusive behavior towards support staff, or triggering automated anti-fraud security alerts.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute regarding game rules, payouts, or account status, the decision of HH98 Game management based on verified server database logs shall be final and binding.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued usage of the HH98 Game platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
